An avid ad man, Shourya believes that advertising is not about selling ice to Eskimos or sand to Arabs, it’s a tool that enables brands to form a bond with their customers. Shourya moved to advertising following a stint at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. After interning with Rediffusion Y&R, Bangalore, as a copywriter, he was a part of the marketing team at an emerging Bioinformatics company where he showed a great deal of interest in digital and emerging media.
Shourya followed the evolution of social media from a mere tool to flaunt “coolness quotient” to a powerful player in a marketing inventory.

Equipped with an understanding of the importance of integrated marketing, George Gallate has been instrumental in building Euro RSCG’s integrated and interactive marketing expertise to make it one of the strongest practices worldwide. He has served as CEO of Euro RSCG 4D, where he was responsible for the global leadership and development of activity within Euro RSCG’s marketing services capabilities including direct marketing, digital marketing, data and sales promotion.Gallate was appointed CEO of Euro RSCG Asia-Pacific, India, Middle East in 2005. In 1997, he formed Euro RSCG’s global digital network and drove its development as global director. The year before that, Gallate was appointed regional director, responsible for integrated marketing for the Asia-Pacific region, where he developed the region’s marketing services capabilities and launched interactive operations in Hong Kong and Thailand. He was also involved in all regional new business efforts, including the win of Dell Computers.
In 1993, George was named managing director of Euro RSCG Direct, which, under his tenure, was the most-awarded direct marketing agency in Australia and won the Asian Direct Marketing Awards’ coveted “Best of the Best” twice. In 1986, he joined the Ball Partnership, which later became Euro RSCG Direct, managing the majority of the agency’s direct business, including Intel, Xerox, Philips, British Airways and BMW.

Mandy Haines joined the Pittsburgh team of Euro RSCG Worldwide PR as an account coordinator in 2002, upon graduation from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. Now an account supervisor, Haines has been involved in programs for a variety of business-to-business clients. Her responsibilities include writing, media relations and trade show and event planning. Hall established herself in the Euro RSCG network as a Volvo intern at Euro RSCG Australia. Her contributions in benchmarking the customer loyalty programs of leading premium automotive companies were recognized and she received an offer to work directly for Volvo as a PR Associate in their marketing department. Upon returning to the States, Hall secured an internship at Havas-owned Arnold Worldwide in Boston, where she worked extensively on the RadioShack account. Hall joined Euro RSCG Worldwide PR’s New York office in April of 2010 as a member of the Sears and Kmart teams, where she focuses on traditional and social media outreach, monitoring, brand competitor analysis and strategic planning.
Hall graduated from Boston University with a degree in communications and a minor in political science. She also served as an art director for BU’s student-run agency AdLab, where she worked to publicize programs for a local YMCA and underprivileged community schools

Richard Notarianni is a pioneer in 360° planning and the strategic application of media innovation. As executive creative director of media for Euro RSCG Worldwide PR, he brings together both traditional and alternative communications perspectives. As the channel architect for Schwab’s “Talk to Chuck” campaign, the global agenda-setting campaign for ExxonMobil and the relaunch of Jaguar as a modern luxury icon, he has pushed through boundaries of advertising, experience and word of mouth to create rich brand narratives.
Notarianni brings a strong brand-planning sensibility to his work. Prior to joining Euro RSCG New York in 2003, he was co-founder of DDB BrainCell, a fusion of account planning and integrated media strategy. In his 10 years there, he rose to director of media planning at DDB New York and led the agency’s global technology media team, managing brands such as Compaq, Digital, Lockheed, Amana, Reuters and iVillage. His work included media in more than 60 countries, as well as some of the industry’s first integrated online-offline branding efforts.

Fernanda Romano is global creative director of digital and experiential for Euro RSCG Worldwide. Before joining Euro RSCG Worldwide, Romano served as creative director at JWT London, where she worked with such clients as Cadbury, Kellogg’s, Unilever, Nestlé and Diageo; she was also executive creative director on the Nokia account. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Romano started her career in advertising in 1998 and has worked for several Internet companies, such as Parlo.com, Starmedia, Tantofaz.net (Loquesea Inc.) and iBest.
Romano joined DM9DDB in 2002 and was made director of other medias and special projects by the end of 2004. Her main task of driving creative integration between all mediums for the agency’s clients resulted in unparalleled honors. Her team won three Cannes CyberLions in 2004 and seven, plus the Cannes CyberLions Grand Prix, in 2005 (and DM9DDB won Interactive Agency of the Year). She also worked for Lowe in Madrid and New York, during which time she won many awards and was named an industry “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age.
In October 2010, she was named the first-ever president of the Interactive Jury at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, the leading creative advertising competition spanning Iberoamérica.

Lisa Rosenberg worked at Porter Novelli for 21 years, rising from account executive to one of the top five positions worldwide. She was responsible for the Porter brand, agency marketing, new business and directing the New York office. She headed the Brand Marketing practice and PN Entertainment, and was strategic counselor to clients such as Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Capital One and Harman. Previously, Naomi was the global new business director of Euro RSCG Worldwide and moved from London to New York in 2008 to take on that role. The last three years have seen major success and expansion for Euro RSCG Worldwide, with major new business wins for international brands such as Heineken, AkzoNobel’s Dulux, Regus, Credit Suisse and Pernod Ricard’s Jacob’s Creek, plus major digital wins including IBM’s global digital business, EDF, Heineken and Lacoste, and being named to the Unilever global digital roster. In Naomi’s former role in the U.K., she led new business for the London agency and business development and integration across the Euro RSCG U.K. group. During her tenure, the U.K. agency won more than $200 million in new billings from brands such as News International, Staples, Superdrug and LG Electronics. At Euro RSCG London, Naomi also ran the relationship with News International Magazines.
Naomi started her career at McCann Erickson in account management and worked across several blue-chip clients including Nescafé and Coca-Cola. After working on numerous pitches including Nikon, Coca-Cola and H&M, Naomi moved into new business full-time as the new business account director across EMEA. She was then appointed new business director of the London agency and promoted to the board of McCann Erickson London—the youngest board member at the age of 26.
